These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the provision of printing, packaging, and branding services by Designer Wave. By placing an order or enquiry with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Designer Wave is a printing, packaging, and branding company registered and operating from Siliguri, West Bengal, India. We provide offset printing, FMCG packaging, tea packaging, label printing, commercial printing, branding, and creative design services primarily to business clients (B2B).

All quotations provided by Designer Wave — whether via our website, WhatsApp, email, or in person — are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Prices quoted are based on the specifications discussed at the time and may change if requirements change.
An order is confirmed only when:
Designer Wave reserves the right to decline any order at its sole discretion, including orders for content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST unless explicitly stated. Applicable GST will be added to the final invoice in accordance with Indian tax laws.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and cash (for in-person transactions). No order will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared.
Late Payments: If the balance payment is not received within 7 days of the completion notification, Designer Wave reserves the right to charge a holding fee or re-quote for storage and handling costs.
The quality of printed output is directly dependent on the quality of the artwork provided. The client is solely responsible for supplying print-ready files that meet the following standards:
Designer Wave will perform a basic file check before going to press. If files do not meet the above requirements, production may be delayed. Any redesign or file correction work will be quoted separately.
Designer Wave is not responsible for errors in content — including spelling mistakes, wrong phone numbers, or incorrect information — if those errors were present in the approved artwork.
Before any job is sent to press, Designer Wave will share a digital proof (PDF or image) for client approval. The client must review the proof carefully and respond with written approval (via WhatsApp, email, or written confirmation).
Once approval is given, Designer Wave accepts no responsibility for errors that were present in the approved proof, including but not limited to:
Important: Colours on screen (RGB monitors) will always differ slightly from printed output (CMYK). Designer Wave cannot guarantee an exact screen-to-print colour match unless a physical press proof has been specifically requested and approved at additional cost.
Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Standard turnaround times are as follows (subject to current workload):

Timelines begin only after receipt of advance payment and approved final artwork. Designer Wave is not liable for delays caused by late artwork submission, delayed approvals, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
Designer Wave offers delivery via third-party courier services for outstation orders. Delivery charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of quotation. For local Siliguri orders, in-person pickup or local delivery may be arranged.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the client upon dispatch of the order to the courier. Designer Wave will provide tracking information where available. Claims for goods damaged in transit must be made to the courier company directly, though we will assist with documentation where possible.
Designer Wave is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the client, or customs and logistics issues.
Orders may be cancelled by the client, subject to the following conditions:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Reprints: If an error in printing is caused by a fault on our part (e.g., wrong colours due to our press error, defective materials), Designer Wave will reprint the affected job at no charge. Claims must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order, with photographic evidence.
By submitting artwork or design files to Designer Wave, the client confirms that they have the legal right to reproduce all content within those files, including images, logos, fonts, and text. The client indemnifies Designer Wave against any claims, costs, or damages arising from intellectual property infringement by the content supplied.
All original design work created by Designer Wave (where design services are included in the project) remains the intellectual property of Designer Wave until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a licence to use the designs for the agreed purpose.
Designer Wave reserves the right to use images of completed work in its portfolio, social media, website, and marketing materials unless the client has specifically requested confidentiality in writing before the order is confirmed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Designer Wave's total liability to the client for any claim arising out of or in connection with a print order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for that specific order.

Any order found to contain such content will be cancelled immediately. Advance payments for such orders are non-refundable.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from orders placed with Designer Wave shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Siliguri, West Bengal, India.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation before any court proceedings are commenced.
Designer Wave reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective from the date the updated terms are published on this website. For orders already placed and confirmed, the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation will apply.
We encourage clients to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
